VINTAGE
The winter was cold and dry, the summer was very hot.
Harvest started the 2th of October.
INFORMATION
Grapes: 100% Tempranillo
Vines situated in south-facing slopes. The soil is made up of sand, limestone and clay. All are low bush vines.
Alcoholic and Malolactic fermentation controlled in stainlees steel vats.
This wine has been ageing during 6 months in american oak barrils in an underground cellar built in the XVI Century . Inside the temperature is always around 12ºC.
35.000 bottles.
Vintage 2007: Very Good.
TASTING
Dark cherry colour with purple glints. Beautiful wild red berry fruit aromas. On the palate, soft tannins and good balance. |
