Mesoneros de Castilla Roble Red Wine 2005

MESONEROS  DE  CASTILLA   ROBLE  RED  WINE  2005

Grape harvest with smooth  temperatures, very good grapes.
The grape harvest started on the 22th September.
Grape variety: 100% Tinta del País.
Elaboration: Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation is made in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Aged: This wine has stayed during 6 months in American oak barrels, in an underground cellar and with a constant temperature of 12º C.
Production:  35.000 bottles.
Harvest Qualification  D.O.Ribera del Duero:  Very Good.

TASTING  NOTES

Red cherry purple colour, clean and bright.
Aromas of blackberry, spices, and with an agreeable fruity taste.
In the mouth it has a good tannic expression and it is well balanced.
