Spanish Wine Dinner at El Meson with ValSotillo wines

Valsotillo Crianza 2009 and ValSotillo Reserva 2004 had been selected as  the pairing of  two courses, a tradicional Rabbit Stew of Old Castilla and a Beef Rib Eye with Cabrales Cheese Suace at El Meson restaurant  (2425 University Blvd.,  Houston). Run by Pedro Ángel García, is one of the best restaurants in Texas.

The event will take place on the17th April. The Spanish Wine Dinner will feature Walter Sánchez, a Spanish wine importer, of Lerin Imports.

ValSotillo Crianza 2009  and ValSotillo Reserva 2004  had been aged  at the XVI Century  underground cellar that Bodegas Ismael Arroyo ownes in Sotillo de la Ribera (DO Ribera del Duero, Spain). They are full-body wines, balanced and powerful, 100 % Tinta del País (Tempranillo).
