ValSotillo, with the best European chefs |

ValSotillo wines, from Bodegas Ismael Arroyo, in Sotillo de la Ribera (DO Ribera del Duero), took part last august in the Althoffs Festival der Meisterköche, an interesting gastronomic event which was hold in the Granhotel Scholss Bensberg, a luxurious palace situated near Colonia.
Around 20 famous chefs of top quality restaurants in Germany, Italy, England, Denmark, Holand and France offered to taste their creative culinary delights to regular customers which came from the four courners of Germany. Because this event was an opportunity to taste the excellent cooking of these notorius chefs, and the wines selected from different winneries around the world.
Two spanish winneries took part in the festival, one from The Priorat, and Bodegas Ismael Arroyo, from Ribera del Duero, which offered to taste ValSotillo Crianza and Reserva, with a delicious dish made by Philipp Vogel, a British chef from Andaman restaurant, in the St. James’s Hotel & Club. |
