Grape Variety: 100% Tinta del País (Tempranillo)
Alcohol Content: 14 %
Winemaking: Alcoholic and malolactic fermentations are made in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.
Ageing: This wine has been in American Oak barrels during 24 months in a XVI century underground cellar and with constant temperature of 12º C.
The wine is bottled and stands in silence in the cellar minimum for a year before selling it.
Production: 1.200 bottles

Dark cherry-red coloured.
In the nose it is very aromatic and elegant, with tones of ripe fruit, fine spices, minerals, truffle, coffee and tea. It is deep and very rich in aromas.
In the mouth it is very well-structured, and balanced, with good body, but at the same time with great finesse, very velvety, very expresive and elegant. It is very long, and with an aftertaste of ripe fruit.
