Harvest: The grapes are picked up by hand and put in small baskets by selecting them from the same vineyards.
Grape Variety: 100% Tinta del País (Tempranillo)
The vines: Vineyards located at 840 metres over the sea level in Sotillo de la Ribera, goblet-pruned vines.
Terroir: clay-calcareous soils.
Winemaking: The alcoholic and malolactic fermentations are made at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks with natural yeasts.
Ageing: 6 monts in american barriques in a 16th century underground cellar, at a constant temperature of 12ºC
Alcohol Content: 14,5 % by vol.
Temperature wine consumption: From 13-15ºC.

TASTING NOTES

Dark red color, clean and bright.
Very expressive and fruity, toasted aromas, spicy.
Rich and tasty in the mouth, fruity and well balanced.
